Ensure that your luggage is in good condition and meets all safety requirements. Do not pack Prohibited Items. We cannot ship any package, including luggage, that contains Dangerous Goods.
Attach shipping information
Including shipping labels and additional documents is very essential. You must ensure the security while attaching these labels using tie-on tag.
Drop Or Pickup
Create a shipment with ShipAndStorage. You have two options! Whether FedEx or DHL will pick up or you can drop at the nearest FedEx or DHL location.

Shipping Luggage
Please use proper packing practices to ensure the safe delivery of your luggage.
- Use a sturdy suitcase. DO NOT put the luggage inside a box.
- Secure the pull handle with tape.
- Protect and securely pack all fragile items.
- Select correct luggage type, do not over pack.
Note:
- Your shipping label must be attached extremely secured to your luggage and boxes. Our study shows that 90% of the cases for lost & delayed luggage is because of improper labeling.
- It is your responsibility to “Check All Information” make sure is correct on the label and securely and correctly attack shipping labels.
This luggage 80% of the chance will be “Lost or Delay” because “Shipping Label”will come out and lost in transit time.
Best Way To Attach Labels
You can use a Luggage Tag or secure the label with clear tape/plastic wrap 360° around the luggage and insert an additional label copy inside the luggage.
Packing Boxes
It is essential to follow correct packing rules to ensure the safe delivery of your box.
- Use a sturdy double walled cardboard box or plastic.
- Shipping box for movement.
- “H” tape the top and bottom of the box.
- Protect and secure all fragile items.
- Select correct box size. Do not exceed the weight limitation.
This box has an 80% chance to be lost or delayed because the shipping label cannot be read, will come off, or might get damaged in transit.
Best Way To Attach Labels
You can use a label pouch or completely attach the label on the side of the box with clear tape.
DO NOT attach the label in between the box opening or folded in the corners.

A hard or soft travel case can be used to pack golf clubs. Like airline travel, we recommend ensuring that club heads have adequate padding and support.
Packing Skis
A hard or soft travel case can be used to transport skis and snowboards. Just as you would during airline travel, make sure your bindings and tips are adequately cushioned.
Packing Snowboards
When transporting snowboards, use a hard or soft travel case to ensure they are protected. Make sure to properly cushion the bindings and tips, similar to how you would when traveling by air.

DO NOT attach label with Scotch tape.
Label will detach easily, which means your luggage/bag/box will be lost.
DO NOT attach the wrong label to the wrong package.
All packages have different tracking numbers. Please pay attention to your package type and shipping label.
DO NOT attach label if paper is wrinkled.
Barcode scanner cannot read labels if information is destroyed.
DO NOT attach label if information can’t be read.
Low ink printer will affect how shipping details are displayed. If information cannot be read, it will affect the delivery.
DO NOT lock your luggage (if shipping international).
Customs will need to open your luggage for inspection. If your luggage is locked, it will be returned or held in customs.
DO NOT ship dangerous or prohibited items.
Customs or courier will hold or return your shipment at your own expense.
DO NOT put items not covered by insurance.
Please Note:
- You can acquire label pouches, luggage tags, and cable ties at no charge from your local FedEx or DHL location.
- However, some locations may have printing fees or supply costs. It is recommended to verify with the location before dropping off your items.
- Always ensure to take a full picture of your labeled luggage, bag, case, or box with the tracking barcode facing the camera.
